Jared Groth focuses his practice on business and corporate law, estate planning, and tax law. Jared is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School where he earned the Governor’s Scholar Award. In pursuit of is J.D., Jared was involved in Wayne Law’s Transactional Law Competition program. Jared is currently earning his LL.M in Taxation at Wayne State University Law School.
Jared worked as a law clerk for Lippitt O’Keefe during the summer of 2018 and throughout his third year of law school. He also spent time working with AAA Life Insurance Company’s legal department as a corporate counsel extern.
As an undergraduate, Jared earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics (ancient Greek and Classical Latin) with a minor in Anthropology from Grand Valley State University. In 2014, Jared studied at the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies in Rome, Italy where he continued the study of Latin and Greek at the advanced level and the archaeology of the Roman Empire.
His professional memberships include the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association.
